Server rules

Our Hero Code of conduct

Be kind. Every player is a hero and every patient gets care.
Use your hero name. Never share your real name, school, address or age.
If anything feels wrong, stop and tell a grown-up straight away.
Take turns with the best jobs, just like at camp.

For families and camps

Safety on Roblox

Roblox now requires an age check to use chat, worldwide since January 2026. Players who skip it can't chat.
Checked players chat with their own age group and the groups just above and below. For children under 9, chat is off unless a parent consents after an age check.
Camps: run Roblox sessions for heroes 13 and up. Ages 9 to 12 need family consent and a staff member at every screen. Under 9s play the Be The Hero game instead.
Families create and own their child's account. Camps never create kids' accounts or keep Roblox logins.
Keep chat off for camp sessions through Roblox parental controls; heroes talk to each other in the room.
